Sorry to be so slow getting back to you. This is a spine fusion by entering on each side, first 2 discs removed and replaced with titanium inserts from the left, then roll me over and do it again for the 3rd disc. So fusion of 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5 without screws. Great result.
